Monastero Retreat at a glance
The group has rooms, kitchen, SPA, shala and shared spaces available. You can build the retreat schedule freely, knowing that an intimate, ready-to-use base is already prepared to host the group.
Free access to the outdoor and indoor SPA: wood-fired Finnish sauna, heated saltwater jacuzzi at 38°C, electric Finnish sauna and ice bath.
You can choose the full service with breakfast, lunch and dinner served by our staff, use the equipped kitchen independently, or use the adjacent inn on request through our agreement.
There are 2 dedicated practice areas with mats, blocks, bolsters, Tibetan bowls and gong. The main shala is 36 sqm: for dynamic practices we recommend up to 10 people, while for more linear practices such as Ashtanga or meditation we have hosted up to 14 people.
Up to 14 beds: 1 double room with 2 single beds, 1 double room with bunk bed, 1 quadruple room with 2 bunk beds, 1 triple room with 3 single beds, and 1 studio with a double bed and a single bed. There are 4 shared bathrooms with showers. In every room: sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, hairdryer, shampoo and soap.

The village and nearby trails allow for walks and outdoor moments. We can provide a guide to discover the most beautiful panoramic spots at €50 for 3 hours. E-bike tours are also possible through historic villages and viewpoints (€35 per person for a half-day bike rental), together with relaxation time in the SPA and evenings around the fireplace or in the garden under the stars.
We evaluate day workshops without overnight stay only on request and depending on calendar availability: exclusive use of the property from 8:00 to 18:00 from €350. Meals can be arranged according to the chosen formula. Treatments are available on request.

Meal service
Meals can be organized by Monastero. You can choose the full formula with breakfast, lunch and dinner served by our staff, or keep an independent setup using the equipped kitchen.
Available options
- With the full service, the group does not need to take care of the kitchen during the retreat.
- Menus can be chosen from the available options, including vegan, vegetarian and local valley-inspired choices.
- Menus, food intolerances and the final number of participants must be confirmed at least 10 days before the event.
- Alternatively, the equipped kitchen remains available for independent management.
- On request, it is possible to use the adjacent inn through our agreement for lunch or dinner.
Each group can shape the meal plan around the rhythm of the retreat: a light breakfast, a generous brunch after practice, or lunch and dinner served when the programme calls for them. The options are simple and flexible: Breakfast €10 · Brunch €20 · Lunch €25 · Dinner €25. During the booking phase, we define together which meals to include, so the retreat stays smooth, sustainable and aligned with the experience you want to offer.
Rates vary according to the length of stay. The price refers to the rental of the entire property for exclusive use. The base venue rate does not include meals, guiding, guided excursions or group facilitation: optional extras are defined during the reservation process. The deposit is €350, to be paid within 30 days after our confirmation by e-mail. Before the deposit, the request does not automatically block the date. The deposit is refundable up to 90 days before the event; after that date it is no longer refundable. The balance can be paid by bank transfer within 10 days before the event starts, or directly at the venue on the first day. Check-in from 09:00, check-out by 15:00. The meal formula must be specified during the booking phase before the deposit is paid.
